It's 3c here but my dew point is -1c

 

even my met office app says rain until 9pm before turning so I guess the colder air is only just starting to filter in so it's early days.

 

Not far from you now. Temp has dropped to 1c here and the dew point is -2.1C. Keep the faith!!!!

Nought on radar you sure? When the squall came through here earlier in Newbury the wind picked up for a bit a good 15 mins before it came through and dropped then picked up just as it moved through...

Where I am it's very windy and noisy but no rain, thunder or anything considered exciting really. But the wind has definitely picked up in the past few hours. I thought we were meant to have a decent-ish night then tomorrow night the problems but no! Nervous about the TORRO forecast for potential tornados as well..

Well the winds here this afternoon were the same as over christmas but just for a shorter period of time.

 

Had one gust of 47mph and another of 46mph on the house so a bit higher then I was expecting.

I think we've been quite lucky as the north of the country has seemed to have had a really bad time today. Although the wind's bad it's nothing compared to the last few windy days we've had

Just had a rain, hail, sleet and snow shower here in Falmouth with some little drifts of hail/snow against the sides of roads etc

No showers look likely to hit my location on current path and radar at moment but temperature has fallen to 1.9c now and dew point is a healthy -2.5c
