Winds are very gusty here now and even more violent on western coasts.  Still not peaked here yet, should do in next few hours.  Nasty rush hour evening ahead.

i mean ive had worse winds here...whether thats gonna change is another matter. :p

Yes or you will have a storm brewing in your house..but if shes like my mrs it will be brewing for days then there will be one final eruption..

Winds still strong but doesnt seem as gusty. Have had flickering lights too. Raining still

Milk carton partying down the side of my house..grrr will need to pick that up before bed.

I hope not cause the hospital bed my little un is in with a full leg plaster on is electric and will have to sleep sat up! Plus aload of other issues like warming his milk and stuff as he has a high energy milk for his dietry needs etc..

power cables that have come down in high winds, causing Crewe station to close, are on fire. Firefighters are at the scene
