Hello all, in Lincoln again today, all I can say is what a blizzard I've experienced almost out of nowhere! Unfortunately it has now turned back to sleety rain. I'm so glad I've actually seen some snow this winter. Sometimes the short term timeframe can throw up the biggest surprises! Any snow down south anyone?

wow good for you. Will watch out for any coming this way.

Peak seems to be about mid afternoon tomorrow but thankfully goes through pretty quick.

Typical really, the storm is going north which is good, but we still get quite a battering from the inflow.

It's really, really windy here with rain and the sky to the S/W looks leaden. It's crazy out there. :O nearly as bad as 23rd December storm.

Getting very windy here now.

Still laghing at sky news coverage, they show two swans swimming in what was a roadway, immediately the camera goes on one swan it sticks its head under its wing.

"Hey you! No photos!privacy laws and all that!"

Rain cleared now and some blue sky showing. Weird, five minutes ago, the sky was leaden.

Nice bright sunshine here at the moment so we've been out for some groceries and although a bit nippy in the breeze it was good to get some fresh air - feeling pretty tired now so I'm going to have a rest ......plenty of warnings out from the met office but I'm sure you can take look for yourselves ...

hi all

rain pushed through quicker today than expected which is good

problem with the lows incoming is this

on the 00z runs and then the 12z runs they vary quite a bit

until they eventually work out the most likely track

tomorrow still looks a rough day and windy yes

rain though bigger issue at present

end of the week looks bad but again expect changes over the next couple of days

back later with the 12z runs

john

We'll, I don't believe this weather. It's sunny, blue sky, hardly any wind and very spring like. In fact, it's quite warm in the sun. Lovely. What a nice change. But......how long will it last for?????? :)
