What's the snowiest day (long term average) in the UK ?

Recommended Posts

My birthday today and I remember many years of snow and ice on the ground/falling on my birthday

Feb 86 I guess stands out as the best my 21st and having big snow ball fights outside with around 70 people (i'm a twin) on Saturday 8th/Sunday 9th Feb.

Any stats on what is generally is the snowiest day of the year ?
