Hi team,

I've just renewed my NW Extra package, 6 months of Extra lite, but didn't realize I wouldn't be able to access the NMM-6 or NMM-18 charts.

Is there anyway that I can switch from 6 months of Extra lite to Extra full and pay the difference?

Thanks!

I've also been given a 6 month Subscription to Extra - Lite as a Christmas present from my dad, it has a new user name.

Not sure what the best thing to do is about this, Ideally I would want to have a single 1 Year Extra - Full subscription.

Thanks for any assistance :)

Hi, we can upgrade it for you - up to you how you'd like to it - we can take an additional payment to make it up to the full sub, or we can convert it to a 7 month full subscription for you. We can also put it onto your existing login if you like too:)

Hi Paul, thanks for the reply.

So am I right in thinking, If I pay the difference on both accounts, I can add the accounts together and have a year of Extra - Full subscription

If I pay nothing extra, the accounts can be merged, and changed from a 12 month Extra - Lite to a 6 month Extra - Full subscription? :)

If that's right I'd like to go for a 6 month Full subscription.

Where would I need to send my details into?

Thanks, Jason

Do you know how long it usually takes for a ticket to be responded to?

I put one in about 4 days ago :)

Tickets are a bit backed up with the xmas/new year break etc, but I've just done that for you now - your original account has the live subscription on it :)
