Morning all, if I get chance today I'll go to coast rd in in jcb , allways floods with big waves and lots of standing water , police usually let me go through as I'm a local council subcontractor , although wife wants to get down to chorlton so is moaning at me, high water here is around 1230 with a 10.35 m tide , one of the highest here for a long time, will be coastal damage from this I am shure !!!...

Looks like businesses on New Brighton seafront are not taking any chances today. The light cinema is closed until after the expected storm surge has passed and hope to reopen later today. Fingers crossed it dosent end up even remotely like last time.

Well just had a look on cams and looks like new Brighton is going to get hit again As marina car park is flooded and the peek of high tide is an hour away yet

 Did you read the bit about much uncertainty.........sorry hope you get some snow though 

 

 Always the way in the uk,take the snow storm in NYC and Boston that was forecast 7 days ago
