The Winter 2013/14 ramping thread

A light-hearted take on the chances of cold and snow this Winter, with an eye mainly on ramping up those possibilities. A time for all you SATSIGS members and non-members to dust off your best snowy pictures, media articles, charts and general ramps for the coming season. 

 

With snow in places being forecast by some for as early as next week, here's my first big ramp of the year:

Yes think I will see snow on monday night at about 6pm. Max of 2c on tuesday will be freezing. Think if the showers are heavy and frequent monday night we might get a covering which may not melt on Tuesday.
