I might have to go out for a drive. I feel like I'm waiting for something to break and I can do nothing about it, so get out for a bit.

Hi everyone,

Just woke up and I have to admit I was expecting it to be a lot windier that it is at the moment...

Currently it was windier yesterday, has it missed here or is it still to come?

When i woke up i thought it's all gone south,

I get that all the time!

Morning all. Sounds wild in places.  Plenty of rain in North Pembrokeshire overnight and now, but nothing out of the ordinary in terms of the wind.

Any news of conditions in Reigate?  I see Charlwood had a very strong gust at 62mph......

Take care.

Morning Abs,

It's a bit nuts here and has been since 3.00am. No damage locally that I can see from the house, but no traffic moving so best to sit tight for the moment.

Actually been very lucky with power Steve :good:

Very thankfully I think the worst is over for us now, only Force 8 gusting 9 now. I can go out and fix our gate before letting a very cross legged dog out in the garden! Then I am off to try to get some sleep!!!!.

From our living room I can see one tree down in the park here. Lots of bits of tree debris on patio. Planes going to heathrow.

Still gusty here but everything seems to be in one piece still. About to drive to work (burgess hill > Brighton). Could be an interesting journey.
