are we anywhere near going on to a new thread as will be uploading something soon and would hate it put it in and end up going on to a new thread

You could always post it now then copy it to a new thread later... if we get that far!

Have no plans to start a new one until December BUS fire away..

Edit - Mentioned to the other Regional hosts that I planned to let this one run til start of December so hopefully there won't be any changes til then.

Just in fir Liverpool and was a rather nice clear run, car temp got down to 1c and arrived to most of the neighbours cars frosted over.

Curtains now open and lamppost in clear view, will report if anything arrives.

Well I may be in a minority here, but sometimes I come here for info - the model-related posts from you, BUS, LS and others - and other times for the craic, and when the posts are coming thick & fast, it can be hard to follow stuff, and I don't want to skip through (and likely ignore) several hours of posts, just to find one model-related post. Aah prob best to see how it work for this winter.

What would be a good idea, is to have a filter option on each thread that allows anyone to filter by membermembers, would make the MOD thread so much more readable. Not sure if IP.Board have such a feature, but be worth Lorenzo et'al asking the question.

My best mate is in Aberdeldy tonight and informs me it was snowing about 20mins ago....

Walking home off the bus at 5pm it did not feel too bad but an hour ago it was like the temp had dropped by several degrees with a real icy feel

It is quite amazing watching the showers just die away.....a lot more action happening than expected though as there is a lot of activity on radar

Nice to see the first reports of snow coming in for the winter season. Unless the flow turns a bit more northerly I doubt we'll see anything much around here as when showers are coming from the NW as they are,  there's too many hills in the way. Maybe we'll have a dusting by morning but too tired to stay up and lamppost watch.
