Afternoon all

 

when I set off this morning is was cool but not cold and the rain had not quite made it, so it has been another day in short sleeve shirt, and as luck would have it as I finished my shift in the orifice the rain stopped W00T!

 

Shed reports it is 15.2oC out there at the mo. and whilst overcast the rain has ceased, for now anyway.

Not bothered   as long as I am here, that is what counts, such things as weather with which I have no control over I will not get upset over, what arrives is what we get, adapt to the conditions rather than try and change them or more so complain about them, weather is like the sun, it will come and go as it does and there is not a thing we can do about it, we just know when and what and need to prepare to accept it.

 

 

WOW, that was deep for me, must need to have a drink I have no money for? (makes a tea instead, caff free though).

I would but it's inevitable that the refund would go the way of these storms, never turn up

Things are not looking-up; and, with wind showing signs of turning toward the north, anything that's out west might get blown south...It might even miss the ToD altogether. Fancy that, eh!

Some big looking Anvil clouds to the north, big Cumulnimbus clouds.. Back to rain it seems, it rained all morning we had 10.4mm. A wet few days... Oh and its cold only 12c.

Evening all,

 

Busy one here so I'm not sure what it's been doing for most of the day but I saw this lot heading in my direction a while back...

 

 

 

...and oh boy did it deliver some torrential rain, with a bit of T&L thrown in as well but it was pretty fast moving so didn't last long.....

 

 

...feels very cold at 12 deg c so I'm glad there is a home made cottage pie for dinner and someone to cuddle up with and keep me warm this evening

Another let down. I watched that lively little feature heading south on the radar, and the skies looked promising enough. Set my video camera up, alerted my storm liking neighbours and then..........it rained a bit. Epic fail.

Evening regionaires. Cool, dark and clearing skies outside now. Still have a temp of 13c. We have an invasion of snails outside now. I'm tempted to cook a few if they muck around with my vegetation. 👹

showers around am but clearing most areas by lunchtime

maybe nudging 20 degrees

 

watch for fog am and evening

 

should feel warm compared to the days before
