Well I know where I was but I couldn't possibly say Posted Image

....I did have lunch el fresco though which was rather lovely.....it's clouded over a bit since then though but as I'm working for a few hours it's not a problem.

Afternoon all,

Had a work day "out of the office" and have been on site instead today.

Quiet day then it seems?

It has stayed dry and currently 20.4oC in the shed if anyone is interested?

22.3C here today, so nice and pleasant. I suppose the reasons why people aren't posting in here are as followed...1. It's nice and warm2. It's the Summer (statistically the quietest period on Netweather)3. The weather is actually really, really boring, but nice!

4. Some antiques program is on television where participants think they can make a fortune from junk they were given years ago?

Grazed MK today ( the place not our MKSA ) as I headed to the outside of our capital, I often go down there via J14 of the M1.

Packed as normal, and everyone wanting to get there before anyone else, sheeesh, rather get there late than never.

I think I could have coped....I'm not sure you would have though, that's why I said I'd put clothes on as well as the kettle  Posted Image

There's no home-made cakes today though so you would have picked the wrong day to call in for a cuppa anyway !

5.......I won't go there Posted ImagePosted Image .

Not too bad a day here although it only reached 22c, it remained dry with sunny spells. We were spoiled rotten in July. There are some really vicious thunderstorms rumbling through the near continent today by the sounds of it, and as much as I enjoy a good storm I'm not sure I would like what some locations over there are experiencing.

Jax. Im intrigued by your temperatures in the shed, I see you were allowed out of there today though Posted Image . Have a good evening one and all.

Evening all. Lovely evening in The Swich. There is definitely an Autumnal softness in the air and the sun light is becoming a more soft gold as well. I love it when its like this and I wish I was at the coast right now. Preferably Scarborough at the castle. :)

Hi all

Summer hols going ok so far.

Hope to get out and about a bit more now I have got straight after coming back from holiday.

Been bat watching every night.

They coming out on the field behind my house for insects at sundown.

Just sit and watch them about 10 feet away flying and swooping around.

Try to get pictures but they so fast !

Off topic.

Look at the gigantic MCS over south and central France. Its almost the size of England i reckon, and full off lightning. Probably heading for Hamburg like  most of the serious storms do,

There's a cracking good video over on the Convective thread of a storm which hit Belgium yesterday. I won't link it here out of respect for those of our members who don't like storms, but for those who do.......it's well worth a watch. Posted Image
