No single digit temps here since September 18th, though a min of 10.5C on the 5th this month came close.

Can feel the chill in the air now!

Got down to 4.4c here this morning coldest temp since last spring. A lovely bright fresh day today with a max temp of 11.7c. This is proper October weather imo,not the mild humid muck of the last few weeks.

Currently clear and chilly with a temp of 6.5c

Didn't get to check the WS this morning, but there was a defo 'whiteness' to the top of the bird table, anyone else report a frost on the east coast last night?

Could have been just a bleary eyed view due to a lack of sleep mind you!

Just missed out on a grass frost this morning, min of 3.6C. Another beautiful day ahead by the looks of it.

Hope it's a nice snowy winter this year although I have to keep warm and no building snowmen as my lungs are still recovering from earlier this year with pneumonia :)

Cut my grass during the week that should be that until the spring. Cut it near the end of last month hoping it would be the last cut but the weather was so mild that wasnt the case.

Agreed Pomeroysnow, nice frost this morning and a beautiful sunny day.

Saving the cold for winter proper perhaps!
