I have that one, too. What a wonderfully preposterous premise!Posted Image

It is, but then again why not, if your going to do something different, that is the one :)

I love D9, fantastic film, again low budget and all. but just goes to show you can make a fantastic film for a lot less than the big boys do.

That is some old stuff you are digging up  Just watched Iron Sky (again) as it is soo cool  for a low budget Sci-Fi that looks big on its budget.

I have never watched any movie about the classic fairy tale Hansel and Gretel...

This looks like one of the better versions from 1987 reading this below...theres the new recent updated violent one which is all so american nowadays..

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1428538/?ref_=nv_sr_1

But lets look at the original story...it is a dark story even so...

Just rereading Cornwall and its People by the late, great Cornish historian Hamilton Jenkins.

I note that in 1847 Cornwall exported 120 million Pilchards!! Not a lot of people know that.

Just read a book called 'Scrap Metal' by Harper Fox. Set in the Western isles of Scotland, the author invokes the rugged and beautiful scenery very skillfully. It's M/M so may not appeal to everyone.

Now reading a book about the Dyatlov Pass incident. Very interesting and thought provoking indeed.
