I'm going to Wales from next Monday, I'm hoping it be nice and warm for me to get a welsh tan at Porthmadog. Posted Image

Can somebody tell me what the weather like by then?

Think you may well be right.

Well my poor snowman which I stuck in a corner of our garden is very slowly disappearing. :-(

Looks like we are finishing off now, i wont completely give up yet because of the cold uppers at mid lattitudes but it does look like they are going to miss us to the east now as per the ECM 12z.

The only setup to get us buried now are these type IMO.

It has snowed again - only a light dusting - I wish it would all melt now as my garden is still buried under a massive snow drift !

Looked out the window this morning to see a slight covering of snow across the rooftops, I didn't pay too much attention to it though having been bedridden for 2 days due to this pesky cold-virus doing the rounds. I was however reading a walking blog earlier with a hiker up Edale Moor still with 9ft drifts in places.

I'm sure it's raining. I don't like rain!

neither do I, hope next week rain bands move through overnight, and days generally dry and sunny, although a few showers likely

A scattering of snowflakes in the garden this morning, then a brief shower of drizzle around 8. Looking forward to a warm up, and the garden needs some rain now.
