How odd, temp still slowly dropping but turned back to sleet with more rain than snow. Sooo sad! Sniff.

At least you've seen snowfall, i haven't for the past 2 winters.

Cazbym - Was snowing properly 10 mins ago or so but yes is reverting back to rain in lighter pulses ... the trend is good though

Crikey - missing me by INCHES!! Still I've actually been in a back garden when it was raining on one side of the fence and not on the other. Suppose it has to stop somewhere!! Barely even raining here now, but temp down to 2.2.

In the town (5 mins walk from town centre). my thermometer is in my garden but may not be correct. Temp went down to 0.8c a few mins ago but back up to 1c as I type.

Hi Danball, mine is on a sheltered wooden shed wall so perhaps mine is too high! Still half a degree not much either way. I am on the very edge of town, Felpham way so have really enjoyed the laying snow from Friday!

The heavy stuff isn't meant to get here for a couple of hours yet. Hopefully by then, it will be close to or below freezing. biggrin.png

Huge change on the forecast for here. Now 6 hours of heavy snow with snow all days tomorrow!
