Finally snowing here ... quite light but seems to be coming down at a reasonable rate and its attempting to stick !!

Have also lost my view of Clougha Pike which i think has been eating all my snow!

Hopefully I might get a bit of snow on the ground from this as the kids (and me ) are sick of seeing snow on the tv but none here.

net/w radar has had St Annes under sleet for a while now but not had anything but snow. Slightly wet but all of it settling well except v near walls

Snowing again in Hyde, East Manchester only light hopefully we might get a few more heavy showers to add a couple more cm before the band moves North!

At least we finally got a covering g of a CM here in scrote land(Salford)..... May be the Scallies ARE the snow shield! When I went off at 3am ish the snow gods had endowed us with dandruff as they bent over, dropped their pants and dumped everywhere else. At least we have finally seen some snow :)

Temp sitting around 1.0c with some slight thawing on roof tops and near walls etc, just started snowing again.

Temp climbing nicely now at 1.6c.

Happy for you, you've got snow at last.

My temp jumped to 1.3 yesterday, but it just kept coming down.

don't give up hope yet.

Kids school closed, still snowing here and deep, I don't know if I will be able to get the car to the main road.
