Light snow here in central Portsmouth for the last 20 minutes or so, had a slight dusting overnight on top of around 70% of Friday's snow that was still remaining. Temp -0.6, DP -1.7.

its actually been going since about 8 this morning started as snizzle then turned to light snow

Anyone know the chances of that front slidng down over devon?? Or is that wishful thinking??!!

Sadly wishful thinking there is not enough power in that system to make it this far west and even if it did any snow would be deposited over east dartmoor. Looking a bit forlorn down these parts now for further snow now, appears the tiny low pressures this week are too far south and in addition have too much warmth from the atlantic to bring us snow....well may be where you are! Much snow left up your way?

It's been a steady fall of small flakes here for a few hours. Looks like surface temperature is above freezing now though as dusting on cars has now melted.

Definitely still moving west, and the ppn to our north is moving southwestwards , it's obviously pivoting , but pivoting further west, could be an interesting afternoon.

We still have light snow on the IOW. V fine though.

We have had the odd flake in the wind here.

Looking at the radars it. On a local level, looks like it fell and is falling more or less like it was forecast to do.

0.1C here just.

snow is now getting thicker not sure I would class as light.

Also the system seems to be rotating further south than forecast to my eyes, might be just wishful thinking

The sun popped out slightly during the snow here in the past 10 minutes, and the temperature has responded by climbing nearly 1c! Now at 0.4c! Just shows how much difference the sun can do! It's disappeared now, just awaiting to see if the temperature will respond
