I'm sorry guys I havent read the last 2016154648 pages but just an update that it is snowing still here in Fav. Nice light steady flow of flakes. I hope everyone is getting covered... ESPECIALLY peeps who have missed out on the frequent showers today! Big Up the London & South East Peeps...we are AWESOME and deserve all the Snow in the world

Well said!

A little more to come this evening for most, if not all of us, ppn starting to veer E'ly in the Thames Estuary and pushing ppn in towards the London area in the past couple of radar runs!!

Tonight's fun isn't over yet by any means!

The shift more to the east is a good thing as we may develop a Thames streamer. That always delivers the goods, especially with all the snow in the North Sea

thankyou for explaining that. I was getting muddled up with what winds brought what streamers. I'm staying up just in case now ;)

Looking at the potential for Sunday the MetO currently have an ice warning for the majority plus snow for Eastern counties. So is it looking like any snow will move up across those counties rather than London too or even this far out?

It's hillarious how Medway keeps being missed. Has someone put up a giant umbrella?

To be fair in 2010 you had more than enough snow, i can remember it very clearly!

Have you noticed how the ppn is pivoting in a anti clockwise motion? With the wind now turning to a ESE flow, the ppn will also push slightly inland..........This is incredible radar watching biggrin.pngclap.gifclap.gif

Yep best fun for me all day!

Looking at the radar at the moment and it doesn't look like this blob of snow action over us is going to end anytime this morning, hopefully still be going in the morning! clapping.gif
