Oh summer street (memories) I used to live there, number 46, always great for snow, and as it's north facing, wintry weather always hangs around more than anywhere else, tends to stay frosty all day as well.

But alas I'm now down at the lower end of Rodborough, 70masl. We have had light snow for hours but none settled, I was pretty sure it would be settling higher up though and you've confirmed this.

But the main event is yet to get anywhere near, looking forward to tomorrow.

Not if the front barrel rolls through to quickly. could mean milder quicker

I CANT SLEEP!

Temps steady at 1.7c for about an hour now with dewpoint of 0.9c apparently. I got work in 6 hours if roads are safe to drive on...better get some shuteye.

The Temperature here in Newbury is currently 0.6c/0.7c and fluctuating between the two.

Really? I live in centre of Barnstaple and no rain whatsoever! Using bideford data from wunderground at the moment. Chivenor seems to be playing up!

Im in barnstaple aswell and have very light rain on and off, BBC says it will turn to snow 3am, praying like mad it will.

The temp here has risen from 2.8oc at 11pm to 4.3oc

What the hell is going on!

Not sure about this one, could be a massive error...the NAE suggests i should go from 2oC to 0oc around now, nd its risen 1.5oc (has always been cloudy)

Good good! I think the warm part of that front must have gone well over us by now then. Met office have got us down for 1c for 3am when it all starts, still a way to go yet!
