Hey, in Norway and I've seen the news regarding cold and snow, seems quite funny when I've seen the temperatures I have but I'll be in the UK for Fri and it looks possibly snowy this Fri and Sat? Well assuming the forecast hasn't changed, haven't kept a tab on it as haven't needed to. Will be great to get back to snow. I'll be in west London which isn't always favourable.

Anyone got any up to date info?

Morning all - currently -3.5 at Reigate grammar - it had got down to -4 last night! :)

Morning GP. RAF Northolt in Ealing posting -3c now. Anyone got a colder temp within the London boundary?

Especially the ECM I can't see that

morning everyone,

nothing happening here at the mo. We have had a little dusting as its sitting on top of the frost. Just waiting for it to get light so I can take some pics of the snowflakes if there are any decent ones out there

-3.0°C on the drive as I was scrapping a nice thick frost offf the car and down to -5.0°C more widely through Sussex and especially here in Benny Hill cold.gif

So now we have the cold in place that was missing earlier in the week....... yahoo.gif

Morning!

So,watching the forecast on BBC breakfast this morning,it`s showing that fri/sat snow is centered around the midlands (probably!).

What i was wondering is,what it would take to shift it a little more towards us? Or,as i guess,it`ll be nowcasting on the day. :D

The fog will hold the temps down below freezing so whilst its a tad warmer in the cold ~ -1.5 around that will still be -1c at 10/11am

possible snow flurries tonight- slightly further west.....

The good news is that it's 5 days away and is likely to change..

A few days ago, the cold spell was ending today...

Looking at some charts,

-5 air is only just to the north - it can snow at -2 upper air so that should be ok... It will be down to the few points...

UKMO looks good to me, especially if there's a southerly correction...

You seen the Temperatures in the Snowfields this morning over Norfolk! help.gifhelp.gif

Norwich is -12c Temp with a -13c Dewpoint

Marham is -14c with a -15c Dewpoint

Here in the tropical South of the Anglia region we have freezing Fog and

Temp : -3c

Dewp : - 4c

With Freezing Fog!
