So the Met office says yes, the BBC says no and they are using the same information, so how can anyone here be certain of the outcome?

We'll just have to wait sorry.gif

It's been 2 hours of non stop light snow. Now picking up with more decent size flakes.

Radar is looking better too now.

The radar image shows the second 'blob' (can't really call it a front yet) developing just to the northwest of Ireland, that's the one we need to watch.

I think the radar is showing the precipitation's starting to beef up a bit... not lost hope yet!

The forecast I saw showed the North East Midlands would be all snow but for the rest of the region

it would be all rain. Certainly a big downgrade by the BBC compared to earlier charts I had seen.

Hope they are wrong but they clearly think the warm sector will play a big factor and mean rain for

most of the Midlands whilst parts of the East get pounded.

This maybe just me, but the Precip leaving North Wales now looks like it's starting to Intensify

I think so too, let's hope it keeps going!

It has but problem is first band dislodges cold air, every forecast/model says pure rain tomorrow

It's definitly looking more oganisied to our north and west. Still won't drop great amounts but looking better now. Getting a little dusting here from the current light stuff now.

Very, and I mean very, light snow here. Lamp-post stuff and even then you have to look hard.

I keep seeing this but from the latest forecast I have seen on BBC the warm sector

will scupper any chances of snow for most of the midlands tomorrow. I hope the BBC are wrong

but we are very close to the event now and it seems to be getting worse for our prospects for

snow tomorrow if they are right.
