Steady snow here at the moment,car roofs are covered and so are the pavements.Main road is completely clear though.Some decent sized flakes mixed in as well.

interesting to see that the Met Office has just shifted todays amber warning mightily South and mightily close to London, so we might see something on the news now !!!!

Snow Flurries from 3am-6am

Moderate Snow- 7am-7:20am

Then had some heavy snow for about 10 minutes, though didn't settle, only on grass.

Total snow= 2.5cm

After 4.5 hours of snow this afternoon, a couple of which was moderately heavy,

we now have c. 4cm cover.

Looks pretty clinging to all the bushes and trees.

been snowing here since about 1pm, light at first, but much heavier since about 3pm. Now 3 to 4 cms cover with the snow still falling

Heavy snow now falling here on the North East coast in strong Northerly winds. Could have 5-6cm by morning.

Been snowing heavily here for around an hour now,probably around 2cm so far with big flakes.Didnt expect this!!.

Been snowing since around 3pm. Though patchy most of the time, it did get heavy for a while and we have 2cm lying currently.

Still snowing here,started around 5pm probably got around 1inch so far.Mostly light but with the odd moderate fall as well.
