yep , looks like quite a big storm looking as the radar, fantastic flashes aswell! i am getting my camera out in the hope i catch a flash!

best one is the ukmo chart which is in the middle

shows a weaker atlantic

Still wild and woolly here in Brighton, within a decent stone's throw of the sea, About to take the dog out for ablutions, may have to tether him down.

Saw Life of Pi this afternoon, 3D, with the 2 youngest children, quite something. Extraordinary (for once entirely justifiable) use of 3D, lots of alarming weather, and as moving and thought provoking as any film I have seen.

Howling gale plus hailstorm! Time to go out again. Small lumps of ice on 50mph winds - nature's exfoliation. Could take years from me (would need a lot of ice)
