Very heavy rain here for the last 3 hours, with the rivers and brooks already full, flooding down in the valleys is inevitable. Off for a ride out with the missus, and mutt to Derwent res.. will take a few pics to share later.

Well the morning walk around clumber park wasn't too bad. Mostly light rain then chucked it down briefly just when I got back to the car

Back in Sheffield winds have moderated and temps dropped.

After monsoon like conditions during the small hours during today its been much better the wind has been light and its been dry and mild

A short spell of heavy rain around 1000 followed by moderate rain until around 1300. The rain then became mostly light and intermittent and eventually cleared completely by about 1600. Since then the cloud has cleared and the temperature has fallen by 2c.
