I think this is a woman who's achievmemts have been very underrated.and her great horse Valegro

Double Olympic gold medallist Charlotte Dujardin brought the curtain down on the greatest year of her career with victory in the Reem Acra FEI World Cup freestyle event at Olympia.
The British star and her London 2012 horse Valegro proved unstoppable with a performance that earned them a score of 87.975%.
Her two gold medals at Greenwich Park apart, Gloucestershire-based Dujardin also set two world records and three Olympic records during an unforgettable eight months when she conquered the dressage world.

A reminder of a a remarkable horse and rider..

As a horse enthusiast in very impressed with dujardin she took a horse and made it amazing. With the sale of valegro who knows what will happen but I hope she's as good as valegro.

Last nights performance that wasn't quite her best score in the event.but still great to watch her and valegro. Unforunately he will probably be sold as he's worth upwards of £3 million.

That girl has such an infectious smile - a joy to behold watching her win the Olympics. And the story of the stable girl turned good. Wonderful!

I quite agree and on the same theme the sheer joy on Sophie Christiansen's face when she won the paralympics freestyle dressage is one of my abiding memories. How she can control a horse with her level of disability is truly amazing.

All fantastic to watch though, was hoping to go to Olympia this year, sadly economics and life all got in the way again.

Puissance tomorrow night (on the red button - Thursday 20th: Red Button, BBC Sport Website - 2100 - 2230 The Alltech Puissance), have been there a few times to see this in person and it is nothing short of an electric and amazing atmosphere to be in.

Good to see them still together.

Dujardin who thought London 2012 was to be her swansong with Valegro, reclaimed her world no i spot after winning the Grand Prix and Freestyle to Music in Rotterdam last month.

Charlotte Dujardin brought the FEI European Championships to a tumultuous conclusion with victory on Valegro in a spellbinding performance in the individual freestyle dressage competition. It was the combination’s second gold medal of the week, to add to a bronze in the team dressage.

Shades of the olympics.

Heard on the news, what a fantastic combination that pair make in these high standard competions, may they continue for many more.

Double Olympic champion Charlotte Dujardin completed a hat-trick of world records as she won the London stage of the dressage World Cup at Olympia.

The 28-year-old and Valegro, with whom she won individual and team gold at London 2012, now hold the records in all three elements of their sport.

The first Briton to complete the treble, Dujardin won Tuesday's Grand Prix freestyle with a record 93.975%.

"It's been an incredible journey from when I started to now," said Dujardin.

Best team duo witnessed in years that is for sure (and glad I watched it as they won again last night)

God to see the wee horse is not going to be sold. Mind you would need the odd bob or two to buy him. Awesome.

Great stuff.

Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, the Olympic and European dressage champions, became the first British winners of the Reem Acra FEI Dressage World Cup when they performed a sensational freestyle-to-music test in Lyon yesterday to score 92.179 per cent, just short of the world record of 93.975 per cent that they set at Olympia in December.

Dujardin, 28, the world No 1, who was performing a new musical programme devised by Tom Hunt for the first time in public, said: “I can’t believe it. It’s my first World Cup final and each year we think that we can’t ask for any more from Blueberry [Valegro], but each year he just comes out stronger.†Their score was nearly 5 per cent higher than Helen Langehanenberg, of Germany, on Damon Hill, who finished second in the defence of their title.

What more can one say. Brilliant.

Charlotte Dujardin added another individual gold medal to her enviable collection with victory in the Grand Prix Special at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy.

Dujardin and Valegro, her London 2012 Olympic champion, posted a score of 86.120 per cent to claim a convincing victory at the Stade d’Ornano in Caen, with the German pair of Helen Langehanenberg and Kristina Sprehe, riding Damon Hill NRW and Desperados FRH respectively, second and third.

Tomorrow is the Dressage Freestyle, which to those not too sure what that is, it is the "Dancing Horses" to music event, that proved popular at the 2012 Olympics.

Certainly is, shows what a strong team CD & V are in this, just so glad they stayed together, was looking far different not long after 2012.

We are doing quite well in the Eventing too it seems, that is still ongoing mind.
