I live in hope that I will be in neither of the clubs this year especially the no storms club again grrrr. Good luck though everyone . Bring on the snow I'm sure we may see a flake or two through winter Yay.

I like to know could this be the second without any snow cover for Ireland as whole apart from high ground so far I have heard of no snow mentioned about here despite frost thats it. I know the charts are all over the place and no clear out come can anyone I went to the bookies and put down a bet for the second year with out snow cover Ireland or Northern Ireland to me thats what believe will happen. But I love to see the white stuff.

Have had very very very light precipitation of the white variety tonight but think I am going to stay in this club at least until I get something that actually sticks on surfaces. Fingers crossed we all get this in the next week too.

Hi all

After having a couple of requests to start a 'No Snow club' I've decided to open one here.

Although the snow hasen't reached most of us yet , there is a chance that something may be heading our way tomorrow night and then into next week and if for some reason it dosen't happen IYBY it's surely gonna feel like the end of the world .

So please feel free to rant, rave, moan and cry here if no snow decides to visit you this winter.....

yes agree with this i have been shoveling snow since the beginning of Oct and just had another 25-30cm in the last few days its really quite depressing...that's the thing with Alberta too much snow in the winter and too many storms in the summer..i might have to start a no breezy, sunshine and showers club for us Expats!

Forecast a bit of snow tonight. Midnight to the early hours. But due to the rain today it's not going to settle. Which is a shame because it's supposed to snow for a timeframe of about 4 hours.
