Take a journey through the night sky with two of the nine judges - Chris Lintott who is best known as co-presenter of the BBC's The Sky at Night, and Olivia Johnson from the Royal Observatory Greenwich.

Definately worth a look.

I was looking at these earlier and always think the same thoughts when I look at these types of images - I wish I had more time on my hands!! I love photography, have some great kit including the scope of my dreams, but never find the time to put the two together. In fact, I never have the time to do either! One day.....

I have a feeling with 2x 'great' comets on the way in March and November that many DSLR/SLR'ers are going to get a crash course in astrophotography blum.gif luckily it's not too challenging with the aid of todays technology and online guides. With my D3100 i've managed to pick up the usual suspects seen out there in most backyard scopes.
