There will be no update until the issues with the SSMIS sensor on the F17 DMSP satellite are sorted. The NSIDC extent values over the last week have been all over the place (jumping by 1 million km2 one day). This affects both the NSIDC and CT data.
The ADS (old IJIS) data is unaffected, and is currently lowest on record by about 160k https://ads.nipr.ac.jp/vishop/vishop-extent.html?N

NSIDC haven't updated the latest day of data. Will post when they do update. But there has been an big increase in the melt rate since last weekend.
