Sunny spells continued through the morning, by lunch time moderate to heavy showers were breaking out across the area with thunder. This location received a short moderate one around 12:30 GMT. There were further sunny spells through the afternoon and in to the evening with a few showers scattered around.

Deeper into Somerset and hardly any sun at all today. Very cool on the coast but warmer inland. Spots of rain at times but nothing major. Slow increase of cloud depth allowing the sun to be seen a little behind the cloud. Now cool and rain close by.
