A cool start at about 14C. We are drying out here in the West Country - feeling damp and rather sultry. Low clouds coming in from the north for a change, but breaking up to show some blue - hopeful that the forecast for a pleasant day in these parts is to be borne out.

Remarkably dry, warm, and - yes - sunny here this afternoon. Low wind causing temperature to rise to about 21C in mid-Somerset. Very bubbly cumulus around looking quite thundery but just passing my area allowing continuous sun for about three hours - hence good temperature. Lawns being mown, and I got a couple of hours sunbathing in. shok.gifgood.gif Who knows - might get a thunderstorm later.
