apologies if there is already one started but could not find it with my old eyes!

After a fairly clear start it soon clouded over with a spell of mostly light rain between 0740 and 0855, its now a mix of 6/8 CuSc and some sunshine.

The low was 14.4C so another pretty warm night.

GFS minimum temperature predictions continue to be shockingly poor, except now it's not just the GFS, the NAE are joining in with it, last nights minimum temperature prediction was 9-10C for here, but it was nowhere near that low. Poor modelling really.

Anyway currently: 19.3C

Overnight minimum: 13.5C

Sun and cloud in equal measure - more sun than metcheck would have you believe at present. Cool and breezy but quite warm in the sun. Some heavy showers about but none have come over my house as yet, about 16C.

The day started off mostly cloudy with the odd sunny spell and a light southerly. By late morning there was more in the way of sun but this soon gave way to heavy and slow moving showers with an almost monumental downpour around 14.30 with hail and a gusty SW wind. Heavy showers continued into the evening but they have mostly cleared away to the west now. A max today of 18c which occured at 11am.
