Disappointing day herej. Warm

er but no sun after drizzle up to lunchtime. Never became that warm near coast. Cloud thinned but remained in place. Quite cool evening. Some heatwave! :/

Overcast with a few light showers around this morning before bright spells appeared into the afternoon with longer spells of sunshine in the evening. It was a warm day and felt exceptionally humid with a high dewpoint of 19.2C during the afternoon.

Well A few miles inland from the south coast near the 'English Riviera' It didn't reach 17C all day. A nice 2C or more below average.. Not a glimmer of sunshine either and a spell of light rain.

Still, I suppose it felt quite pleasant this evening with the mild relatively still air.

Just had a short outbreak of moderate rain, currently low cloud and very damp at 15.9C with 99% humidity.
