A little cooler here today due to a refreshing change in wind direction this afternoon, bringing a welcome cool breeze off the sea good.gif

Maximum today was 25C after dropping to just 15.5C last night. The temperature currently is 23.1C.

I'll give a dual report today. At home it was sunny pretty much throughout, but at times due to some high cloud the sunshine was hazy

.

At sea level, it was cloudy and very misty from around 9am till 11am, but even at the end of that period brightness was starting to poke through, By around 12 it was sunny (with mist visible in the distance) which lasted for the rest of the day, but it was a mix of strong sunshine and quite a lot of haze at other times.

Temps 21c at 7pm [car], and the max temp at Mumbles Weather Centre was 19c at 7pm. My suspicion that max temps here were closer to 22c or 23c.

Hopefully tomorrow will be wall to wall sunshine.

We had another day of early cloudy conditions but by 11pm it had all burnt away to leave wall to wall sunshine with accasionally a white puff came across which even if going over the sun made no difference, no haze really but you could tell the air was humid because when an airplane went over head it was a tad distorted but i think that was just due to the sheer heat!

We hit a high of 26.4oC here at 04.19pm in le garden today in sunny St.Albans, forecast is for high's around 24oC for the next 5 days with wall to wall sunshine almost from word go due to the easterly winds picking up and bringing with it drier air! hopefully it will make it considerably less humid because today with that 26.4oC the humidity was still 65%! It's now 22.0oC, 81% humidity and temperature dropping relatively slowly, going to be a hot night and the temperature in my room is STILL going up! its at 25.4oC atm! :(

The Max Temp at Mumbles was 20c at 8pm. Imagine what it could have been if the wind direction was different earlier on.
