now sunny and very hazy-the 10C did the trick and it cleared pretty quickly once the temperature got to that value-its 13.0C at the moment, so some 2 hours later than yesterday.

Made it to 14.3c which looks like it'll be our max today.

Not as warm as most days this week with only Wednesday being cooler than today.

Perhaps we won't be cursed with low cloud for as long tomorrow. We live in hope!

Max temp today 17.9°C which, although the warmest day of the year so far, was rather disappointing but a great day all the same with wall to wall sun and blue sky.

Hopped on the train from Bristol Parkway (North BTL) this morning to Weston-Super-Mud for the day with my better half.

Superb day - beautiful clear blue sky, temps must have touched 20/21 celsius i'd have thought - the town and seafront were rammed - we found a decent hotel/pub on the front called Smiths - a nice lunch and a few Thatcher's Gold ciders - luverly!

A lovely day here too, warmer than I expected with a onshore SE breeze forecast.

A probable ground frost early this morning though I wasn't actually here, and a remarkable inversion with a friend 1-2 miles west of here on a hill being about 9C warmer for a time apparently!

Clear and turning chilly this evening.
