Still to see if the Groundhog Day weather will fully continue, for that to be the case it will need to brighten up in the next few hours

after a dull, misty and slightly drizzly morning. 10.0c and breezy from the WSW.

The fog and drizzle cleared by 0930 and the rest of the day was dry, mild and cloudy.

Overcast but dry overnight and very mild with a min temp of 10.2C. It then quickly cleared just after sunrise to give almost unbroken sunshine for the whole day. Despite the sunshine it wasnt quite as mild as expected, but still reached a max of 13.4C.

Currently partly cloudy with a temp of 11.0C.

Another day of dank misty gloom with light drizzle at times and low cloud -making for a preety miserable feeling despite the mild conditions - though we only just got into double figures.

Tomorrow looks a carbon copy - indeed this week looks a very cloudy one overall.

Another dull day here too.. max 11.0C.. above average, but with cloudy skies, it's not noticeable, my mother was even saying it felt cold.
