1.5c AT now slowly falling, DP 0.8c so very slowly trending the right way.

Anybody else in our region got some news of some more favourable temperatures? :friends:

Anybody know of anyone out Chandlers Ford, Romsey or Winchester way as there appears to be a heavier batch there right now showing up as SNOW?

Just got hubby looking out the window. Nothing out there at all. No drizzle, no rain, no snow.

How strange, you should be having some reasonable snow falling ATM

What might be occurring is that the PPN is evaporating before reaching the surface, so while you may have a area of light or moderate PPN above your heads, it may be evaporating!

Its very common it colder weather!

It's certainly coming further east, that blob looks like it could break off! Could get interesting on a small scale

Lets hope that stops soon!

Actually her weather station is showing 2.3c AT and 0.7c DP so quite possibly not snow BUT........ there must be something falling?

Yes, can say the area currently over the IOW to Basingstoke, Including Southampton, is where it is currently intensifying... If this is a new trend that wasn't forecast, then we shall have to wait and watch!

GTLTW, have you noticed this too?

Starting to look a bit more promising! :good:

Wow, I did not know that. Thanks SnowMania, I guess that explains a lot of the reports in this thread and other regionals. :good:

Our time will come and it may well yet be this morning.

Seems like a m4 snow job.... The usual is north of m4... this time south of m4 seems to have a better chance..
