After 7mm of rain overnight today has been a largely sunny day with a few light showers. Plenty of showers running up the Bristol Channel area but due to the WSW breeze they're not coming into this area.

5.8c at present which is the maximum so far.

A spell of rain overnight which was briefly heavy around 0230 but had cleared before 0600. Low St giving patchy hill fog at first this morning but this lifted by 1000 and since then there have been one or two short sunny intervals and a few short showers of rain and small hail.

At 0900 the temp' was 2.5c but it's now 3.7c

24 hr max to 0900, 7.8c

24 hr min' to 0900, 2.3c

Grass min', 0.8c

Showery day so far with mainly rainfall but the odd burst of hail mixed in some of the heavier showers. Temp atm 5.3c which is currently the highest of the day.

Overnight rain cleared by sunrise. Cloudy and mild at first, cleared during the morning and the temperature dropped steadily, feeling rather cold in the wind. A couple of showers in the afternoon, one heavy. Maximum 9.2, minimum 6.3. Wind moderate W.

Yesterday: cloudy and breezy with a few spots of rain. Maximum 9.9, minimum 4.4. Wind moderate SW.
