Nashville rooftop cam http://www.newschann...-video-from-cbs . The rain might of just taken that out though.

McReavy in position to intercept on tornadovideos.net.

Henrysville looking in a very bad way on the news footage.

yeah anyone gets any decent links today, Post them here or on the facebook group! thanks!

erm...can I just add the caveat that the FB group isn't run by Netweather because I don't want to get into trouble with Ian M or Paul M and get banned as I almost did last year after fleecing Ian M at Poker

This is the tornado that came close to the suburbs of Nashville, luckily it looks to have lifted before doing any major damage in the populated metropolis.

West Liberty, KY in the firing line of an immense supercell with 200kt couplet and evident debris ball. May move North but this storm has been right moving towards the town

Edit: Couplet now about 2 miles west of town and moving East still at 140kt g2g

Looks like a direct hit at least to the north side of town. Last update put the tornado on Liberty Road which is where the hospital is located looking at Google Maps..

Wish I wasn't.... Everything is ramping up again after an hour of things struggling to get going..

It seems that in Kentucky, if you look outside at the moment and see it raining, you are almost certainly under a tornado warning...

Storm now over Moon with the debris ball encompassing pretty much the entire town.

Courthouse damaged in West Liberty. That is the dead centre of town, and the town runs main East-WEst along the path of the tornado. This could be a horrible disaster if it was as strong as the velocity couplet indicated.

listening to a scanner from Greenup County... scary stuff... all police recalled to station... i dont know where that is but sounds like its about to be hit by a tornado.... one officer reported it on the ground (its so hard without a decent grasp of the geography)

Listening to Greenup County too, will be interesting over the next few minutes I reckon! Hail & "high winds" at the moment...

was just looking at the base reflectivity images over West Liberty KY posted on the Texas Storm Chasers website, looks like a very significant tornado gone through there and perhaps levelled parts of the town:
