Oh how I wish I hadn't paid for radar only last week..... :fool:

You get a heck of a lot more on the paid for one - 5 minute updates, lightning (now ATD), overlays, weather type etc etc :)

I'm still quite keen on the North Korea idea actually.

You wouldn't want the gig OON, there's no money there, no decent TV and worst of all, there's NO SHEEP!!

Its similar but I prefer the NW one as the colours of the intensity on any PPN is much clearer than raintoday which uses different shades or brown and orange and is not the most clearest you will ever see.

Must say, it will come in handy if we get any snow events!

Thanks Paul, a very nice early Christmas present for all; although personally I'd have have been equally happy to see Tomasz Schafernaker in the forecasting team :winky:

Brilliant free addition for the site. Still think I'll keep paying for the more detailed one though (it appears V6will soon offer the stuff available in V4, eg 8hr animation?)

Posted to point out that with the info viewable by anyone it's now more important to sort out your "This is very copyrighted!!!" info for the page.

Your using OpenStreetMap as the basemap. You need to indicate the basemap has copyright (even though its only cc-by-sa) eg.... "© OpenStreetMap contributors, CC-BY-SA"

Thanks Paul and Netweather. All we need now is a good snow event--could be a long wait.
