Very cool there kent snow, especially under a cover of stratus. It fell to 6c at around sunset but has rose to 8.8c as the strati-fest continues here in NE38.

Well that's interesting, and quite good, I should imagine this is crumbs of comfort for those saying the continent is cold

Been hovering around the 5.1c to 5.4c for past hour, bits of cloud filling in helping the temp recover for a short period.

2.6c and it feels pretty cold now, not sure whether I'll see an air frost. A stunning night sky.

Temp much lower already than the models have progged, predicted minimum temps were about 5/6c overnght.

6.1C now, the drop seems very slow tonight.

Unlikely we will see a ground frost, despite the NMM progging a low of 1C.

Hawarden has gone from 2C to 8C thanks to cloud cover. Amazing.

Some clear slots have allowed some quite low temps. with some 0c in Northern areas and 4/5c in parts of the South
