Vile!

Dull and drizzly, the drizzle so slight that the radar has picked nothing up even though it's been quite persistent since just after 09.00!

On course for the coldest day, and the first day not to reach double figures, since mid March at 8.8c currently.

Cyrstal clear skies and blazing Autumn sun, not really helping the temp though. 8.3c currently, Pressure 1024hpa

Pic taken overlooking Derwenwater Foreshore a couple of hours ago, what a gorgeous day.

Managing to escape the cloud that has taken over other areas further S and E.

looking at the satellite images I would think South Cumbria is stuck under the cloud, along with the south side of the Isle Of Man. I'm about 40-50 miles or so up the coast from Barrow In Furness and Walney, about 5 miles north of St Bees. I would say a good 100+ miles north of you as the crow flies.

3.7c, with clear starry skies :)
