Hiya

Just been to sign up for a subscription and was pleased to see a PayPal logo on the front page as that's my preferred payment method online. However, when I selected the package I wanted and clicked on the Pay Now button I couldn't see a way to pay with PayPal - only options were credit/debit/worldpay.

Could someone let me know if this a fault or not please?

Cheers

Hi PP, if you select the one off payment and not the ongoing subscription option on the payment screen you'll then have the option to pay with Paypal. You can go back to the payment screen by logging in with the username and password you chose when you registered - no need to re-register again :)

lol I am already addicted to the radar as you well know Coast :p

I do have a query though - I subscribed to NW extra lite and when I click on GFS key weather charts I get lots of buttons and a couple of slidey scales but no image. Should I be getting an image or am I being a dumbass...?

Hi Paul

If I do that I get a hyperlink saying Netweather GFS image and if I click on that I get a popup screen with an error. FYI I selected "UK storm risk" from the dropdown options & I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

Error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Edit: tried selecting different options and I get images up, just the UK storm risk one seems to be a problem...?
