Can anyone help?

I'm hoping to get out and try some startrail photography tonight whilst it's calm. Unfortunately we keep getting intermittent high cloud. It's not really affected the lovely sunshine coming through but I'm not sure stars would be visible. Forecasts are showing 0% cloud cover but I'm not sure.

Has anyone any input as to whether the high cloud will keep coming and going or should i go for it?!

This morning started off partly cloudy though the fog rolled in around 7am and cleared around 9:30am into low cloud, but since midday it has pretty much been clear blue skies, though the fog this morning has probably suppressed todays potential maxima a little. High today of 23C, currently 22.6C. I am expecting mist and fog to return overnight, though once that has cleared, the skies will probably be clear until the weekend!

20.3C ended up as the day's maximum temperature at Cleadon. There was plenty of Ci and Cs about all day, which resulted in quite a spectacular sunset. I'm very interested to see how high the temperature will get over the next few days, with a southerly flow helping to fend off any sea breezes.

What a beautiful day it was today...Temps up to 23C and barely a cloud in the sky...The one change that's due tomorrow is the fact that the temps will increase to 26-27C...Hmm, I think I can live with that!

After a ghastly dark foggy morning this afternoon was cloudless and stunningly warm with a beautifully clean blue sky, high of 22c aswell!

A lovely day, max around 23C with practically unbroken sunshine. No fog or low cloud at all, though there was a large amount of high cloud/aeroplane muck visible to the N and NE for much of the day. Just hope this is not another "one day wonder"!
