It's overcast here today, but not too chilly which is nice. Quite sad that we are going to miss out on the rain. Although maybe it is a good thing because I forgot my umbrella.

A dry but rather cloudy start to the day, it turned brighter from mid morning, with decent sunny spells. Long sunny spells continued until late afternoon, with some stratus cloud edging in from the west. However even since then it has been dry and bright with some hazy sunshine. Temps hitting 18-19c and feeling warm in the sunshine.

Cloudy evening after a "bright" if rather cloudy day, there was some fleeting spells of sunshine during the morning but as forecast, a cool cloudy day. Certainly did not feel cold to me but thats largely down to the high dewpoints.

Rain did appear early on today and watered my veg nicely but stopped by 9.00. Remained grey throughout most of day but brightened enough to allow sun to pop out for a moment or two. Cool day at about 16/17C and cold enough tonight to need a jumper. Back to the autumnal weather that has dogged us for the last few weeks I'm afraid.
