Periods of hazy sunshine today, soon very warm and rather humid. Thick Cirrostratus cloud since late afternoon, with sunshine very weak. Moderate to fresh SSE breeze this afternoon/ evening.

The cloud cleared from the north west around midday and there was an hour or so of sunshine before Cu developed and then spread into a broken sheet of Scu limiting any sunshine to short intervals, though it remained generally quite bright. By late afternoon there was a veil of Cst spreading in above the lower cloud.
