A dry start to the morning with sunny spells but cloud built rapidly after 0830 and produced a fairly heavy shower between 0940 and 1000 g.m.t. The rest of the morning was cloudy with a light shower around 1130 g.m.t but cloud dispersed during the early afternoon and from 1300 it was dry with long sunny spells and a fresh NW breeze.

A nice summers day albeit fresh feeling. A chilly start with one or two early showers, thereafter predominantly dry with plenty of sunny spells. Max temp of only 17 degrees.

Despite the cool temps I much prefer these sorts of days to those like Monday.
