As the dust begins to settle, let's look at the GORY details of this years tours

2011tourgraph.png

For those book on tour one (like myself) the graphs' flat line doesn't lie (does it)?

For those booked on tour two, I bet you were sad to leave at the end.

For those on tour three, you were just plain damn greedy (Lightning Dimmer srikes again)

For those on tour 4 the miles paid off in the end

And for some of the not so GORY details perhaps some of the team could fill in the details:

Total miles covered (across 4 tours)

Total number of speeding tickets

Total number of visits to SUBWAY

Total number of times Paul S said f*^k

Who were the outright winners of 20 questions?

Who fell at the lowest letter in the alphabet on the alphabet memory game?

Guess you can say that me, paul m, aaron, simon & mikel were the outright winners of 20 questions, winning 4-0 and breaking the world record by guessing Ayrton Senna in only 8 questions......get in there!!

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall. It doesn't rain very often here like other desert areas, but like the deadly floods in Libya last year showed, these rain events are likely becoming more extreme due to global warming. Week Ahead: Cool but largely dry until later in the week, when low pressure returns

We keep a chilly northerly flow going through much of the coming week, especially noticeable in the east. Cloud and rain spreading south Monday, but after that, most places largely dry until later in the week, when it looks to turn more showery. Read the full update here
