Rain cleared around midnight and the sky cleared allowing the temperature to fall to -0.1c with –3.8c on the grass, so a widespread ground frost and a touch of air frost. At observation, sunny and clear, ground frost.

Light-moderate rain until around midnight but predominantly dry after that. Thick fog throughout the night and into this morning although it is now beginning to show signs of thinning and clearing.

The thick fog early this morning cleared by about 1000 and the rest of the morning was dry with sunny intervals and variable amounts of St and with Ci and Alcu above it. The afternoon was dry and mainly cloudy.
