On a ramble with the dog, came across some surprisingly large ice formations in a steep sided gully a few miles from home:

Just wish I'd found these a week ago, I would imagine the scene would have been spectacular !

Nice pictures.

I noticed something very strange on the Pennines when I crossed those on Wednesday.

Despite the temperature varying between 6C and 7C up there, all of the small waterfalls were completely frozen. Very odd how they didn't melt. Especially so since it was flowing water.
