Interesting to see the recording, though I would not call it heavy snow, the visibility is still quite good.

It was heavy but had rain mixed in (wet snow).

Perhaps sleet* in my book, even so I regard the snow as being heavy when the visibility is reduced to just a few hundred metres or less. The trees in your video were probably well over 800 metres away and they could still be seen clearly.

*Not to get confused with the American terminology, sleet here is a mixture of rain and snow, whereas over the other side of the pond it is freezing rain.

Liked the well controlled drift of the car travelling through the right bend on the other video though.
